    Qingzhou City Luguan Plastic Co., Ltd. is a modern agricultural film enterprise integrating production, research, and sales. Founded in 1994 as Luguan Plastic Factory, the company has expanded into three major production bases—South Plant, North Plant, and West Plant—covering an area of over 120,000 square meters. With 420 employees and fixed assets exceeding 400 million RMB, Luguan has a daily production capacity of 450 tons and an annual output of over 165,000 tons. The company has obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification. With over 30 years of industry expertise, Luguan has established itself as a globally recognized leader in agricultural film manufacturing, renowned for its outstanding product quality and strong market reputation.

     

    Product Range

    Luguan specializes in manufacturing agricultural films ranging from 0.5 to 26 meters in width, including greenhouse films, functional films, specialized greenhouse coverings, silage films, barrier films, packaging films, and mulch films.

     

    Milestones

    1999: Developed the innovative Coating Fog-Drip Greenhouse Film, named “Guangjiang Film,” which quickly replaced traditional agricultural films to become the new industry standard. The product was featured on Shandong TV, CCTV.com, and CCTV-7.

    2008: Pioneered the development of externally coated PO film in China, utilizing premium Japanese raw materials and anti-fog coating technology. This innovation received strong market feedback, solidifying Luguan’s position as the inventor and leader in coated agricultural films.

    2015: Introduced five-layer co-extrusion technology into agricultural film production. The company now operates nine sets of five-layer extrusion equipment.

    2017: Secured the largest agricultural film order in global history, totaling nearly 10,000 tons and valued at approximately 190 million RMB. Annual sales exceeded 32,000 tons, with revenue surpassing 450 million RMB.

    2019: Expanded both domestic and international markets, setting new records with annual sales exceeding 42,000 tons and revenue surpassing 600 million RMB. Introduced an intelligent centralized material supply control system, achieving full automation in agricultural film production.

    2022: Installed China’s first seven-layer co-extrusion equipment for agricultural film production, later adding two additional units due to its exceptional performance. The company’s Ultra-Insulating Light Conversion Film gained widespread market recognition, with sales increasing steadily and earning high praise from farmers.

    2025:The world's largest first-ever seven-layer co-extrusion 7+1 PO film equipment has been introduced at Luguan.
